West Haldimand General Hospital

The West Haldimand General Hospital is a small rural community hospital located at 75 Parkview Rd, in the town of Hagersville, which provides basic hospital and health care services to the people of Hagersville, Caledonia, Jarvis, Townsend, Cayuga, Fisherville, Selkirk, Nanticoke, the Six Nations of the Grand River Reserve and the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nations. West Haldimand General Hospital opened in March of 1964 and was expanded with the addition of the third floor in 1967 and the Health Care Centre in 1984. The hospital is fully accredited with the Canadian Council of Health Service Facilities. Programs and services are provided under the criteria established and funded by the Ministry of Health and as determined by the Hospital Board of Governors.
